Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

I love my crockpot but definitely feel like the majority of what I make in there is not overly healthy. I tend to do soups and stews and it's always heavy.

So, I googled healthy crockpot recipes and found this one. Using a low sodium soy sauce and cutting back on the actual quantities used for both the honey and the soy sauce, it came out really, really great. Even my husband was a fan.

I used it to top 1/2 a cup of rice rice and 1 cup steamed broccoli (not the sauteed broccoli recommended in the recipe), the whole thing is only about 350 calories, 2 grams of fat and 32 grams of protein!
